When trying to create custom fields (for the very first time), I receive the following MySQL error in the administrator interface:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table '%dbname%.%prefix%_compojoom_customfields' doesn't exist.
%dbname% and %prefix% were sanitized from this post.
