Looks like a great POI plugin. Just a few questions before I buy it as can't find the info (feel free to point me to an article if one exists already).

1. Is there a way so that only people who log in to Joomla can post hotpoints, but the public can view them?

2. Can people delete hotpoints (Incase of spam, old points, etc)

3. Can comments be added to a hotspot to save the same hotspot being created over and over by someone new?
