Resolved Verlängerung vor Ablauf

Hallo zusammen,
ich würde gerne vor Ablauf verlängern. Wenn ich aber auf Renew klicke werden die in der E-Mail angekündigten 15% nicht angezeigt. Gibt es dafür einen Rabattcode oder ähnliches?
