  4.  Subscribe via email
I see that a user can subscribe with the CMC Registration plugin, but there doesn't appear to be a way to unsubscribe with the same plugin.

Ideally, when a logged-in user edits his profile, the plugin would recognize whether he's already subscribed to the list that the plugin is configured for and the checkbox would be checked or unchecked accordingly. Then, when a user saves the profile, if the box is checked, he'll be subscribed, and if it's unckecked, he'll be unsubscribed. Does that make sense?

Hey Ben,

Well, currently when you edit the user profile - you should see a newsletter checkbox. Once you select it, we are showing all newsletter fields that you wanted to have in the newsletter form and the user has to fill them up.

I just discovered a issue though. You can't unsubscribe from there. Maybe we'll have to add an unsubscribe button there. Now sure how this should work exactlly. Why not use the mod_cmc module for this? It has a nice unsubscribe button. & change subscription..

Regards,
Daniel
Please if you use our extensions be so kind and review them at JED
