Can't install Mamblog plugin

I get the following error when I try to install the Mamblog plugin as a module. (Same error if I try it as a mambot as well.)

Upload mambot - Upload Failed
ERROR: Could not find an XML setup file in the package.

Upload mambot - Failed
Installation file not found:
/hsphere/local/home/jerrygibson/http://nacfo.org/media/install_48653573e7f31/

I have joomlacomments 3.25 installed. I use joomla 1.0.15. And I have Mamblog 1.0 installed.

What could be causing this error?
