Hello. I have been using CComment for many years since Joomla 1.5. In some versions, the component generated addresses with escaped_fragment. In my recent post https://compojoom.com/forum/post/loading-comments-not-with-escaped-fragment I asked about this. But you answered: "there is no escaped fragment for several years.".
In Google Search Console and Yandex Webmaster Tools, I see a lot of similar addresses with a discovery date from 2-3 days ago to six months or more.

1) Why do you think this is happening?
2) Can I block such addresses from being indexed (in robots.txt)?
