Resolved New lists won't synchronize

I am having problems synchronizing mailing lists on a couple of sites.

Both the API key and webhook are in place. The webhook communicates from MailChimp. The list appears in CMC when 'List Synchronization' is clicked.

However, when the list is ticked and 'Synchonize' clicked it displays
We are going to sync the list(s): "". We'll start with "".


This happens on two sites.

I appreciate that this is a free extension and therefore probably not very high priority, but it would be nice to get a reply given that this forum is the only access to support. There is also another topic in this section (about GDPR) awaiting a response. I like this extension and the fact that it integrates into Matukio (which I have a current licence for) and really don't want to be forced to look for an alternative.

Hey Christian,

Without access to your backend and most probably ftp for debuggin I can't tell you why the extension is not working.

I can tell you that I just tested it with our lists and the synchronization is working just fine.#

What are you doing exactly? I clicked on list synchronization, selected one of your list - hit synchronize and the list was synchroniezd?
