In my default booking form, I have a multiple-line field I want to show based upon selection of a radio button for a prior field. The prior field has three radio buttons available, and I want the multiple-line input field to show only if either of 2 certain radio buttons are selected.

When making the field show based upon a condition of a previous field radio button html value, I tried to create my hidden field to show with either of two conditions applied. The field will only process the first show condition; not the second. I had to create a redundant field with each having only a single show condition, but this is messy since now my booking email shows both redundant fields.
