Does our documentation help for the webhook key?
Basically - you have to think of a word to enter in the field and then you copy the address from the adjacent field and paste it in mailchimp. (we will make this easier with the next release).

About the error - I presume you get this in the module - have you made the first list sync?

the documentation is hard to follow - doesn't help me. Tell me what is hard in the documentation and I'll try to fix it.

Sorry for not being clear on the problems i am having

i started of by installing the component which installed the module

i went in the component's options to configure it

i entered the mailchimp API key which is located in My account API Keys & Authorized Apps on mailchimp.com

For the webhooks key i entered the listID number there because the documentation was not clear on what to enter there ... i don't think this was the right thing to put! i copied the adjacent field with the Webhooks URL (callback URL probably) and pasted it in List -->View-->List Tools-->Webhooks

After this i did my first list sync in the menu list in the component in joomla

i saw that my list had appeared ... so i went in the module configured it so list would match my list in my component letf everything as it was and tested it and after entering my email to subscribe i get the message {"html":"saved","error":false} it's like if the module is not processing the thank you message properly i havn't tested the update message yet i will tell you if it works in 5 minutes

Thank you for the link!
Now I know what is wrong on your site.
You see the module works with ajax -> you are not supposed to be send on the screen where you are sent...

You have a javascript error on your page and that is why the javascript in our module is braking...

I see that at the bottom of the site you include jquery - but you include it (or the module, or component that icludes it) without .noConflict mode. This causes other script on the page to not function properly.

My advise here would be to use the chrome inspector or to install firebug for firefox and look at the console ouput. You should see 0 error messages. Once you achieve it -> the module should work properly.

can you check now i disabled some useless plugins ... but now i get the ajaxloader but no message .. i used chrome inspect element to see if i had any javascript errors and i have none

i got it woohoooo do not use with scriptmerge

it keeps on adding the same email ... it should tell me this message if i am already subscribed "You were already subscribed to this list. Your settings have been updated. Thank you!"

Have you confirmed the subscription? If you haven't confirmed it - mailchimp tells us that you are not registered and we add the email again in the database.

yes i have .. but its ok i changed module i use mailchimp sigup module instead

Naaah, that is not ok. If there is a bug it should be fixed" According to my check we only add the user once! So I would really like to know why it is being added several times on your server.
