Is there any other solution to reload comments in the module without reloading the whole webpage?

Or can u give me an advice how to make this possible with Ajax by editing core files of the module?

You'll have to write the javascript for this and you'll have to hack the helper.php file.

The function that generates the list with comments is getComments from ModCommentsHelper
source/modules/mod_comments/helper.php

you could add an ajax method and call the getComments from it, then return a json of the comments and your javascript should replace the comments on the page with the returned json.

Unfortunately this is not a change that is just hacking few lines, so I can't give you more help with it.
