TOPIC: CComment - Post comments in category page

Hi,
I search a comments component to use on a category page. I explain my needs : i want to have the possibilities to post comments on a category page. I try JComment and Komento and the 2 solutions block this possibilities.
So your comment allow it or not ?

I take you are talking about com_content with teh category view - either blog or default. It's possible to write a comment plugin for this, but the issue will be that one would have to create an override for the layout files as there is no onAfterDisplayCategory event... This makes the whole thing complicated and stupid for the end user.

It was not for the com_content but for my own component. I develop my own plugin for your solution and i saw it was possible.
I met another problem after because i saw it was impossible to custom the view of comments with multiple layout (one for the view list and another for the item view). I would like for example to display only 3 comments on the list view and more on the item view but it was not possible. A last feedback, it s sad that you have not your own view to display a page with only the comments of the item .

You can show 3 comments on the list view - there is a setting for this - look at the readmor eoptions under layout.
