Hi Daniel,
I'm setting Hotspots to work with K2, and I have a question: Is it possible to use a custom form for front end Κ2 submission? I need a simple form, something like the hotspots form.

Regards
Chris

Hey Chris,
I'm really confused by your question. If you need a simple form as the Hotspots form, why don't you just use the Hotspots form?
You can modify your K2 form to look as you wish. Hotspots only cares if the latitude, longitude, street etc information is passed along. If it is, then we create a hotspot on the map.

Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,
For every location I need its respective article. So I use K2 component. But I don't want the front end user to deal with the complex UI of K2 sumbission form. That's why I need a simple form. Is it possible to use Hotspots form within K2?? I don't think so, correct me if I'm wrong.

regards
Chris

Hey Chris,
You should be able to strip down the k2 form to something simpler and hide the fields that your users don't need. Ask in the k2 forums - there you have more users that can help you with customizing it. I'm not sure what is complicated in the k2 form, but the form for admin and the form for an end users are different (has less fields).
Regards,
Daniel
