TOPIC: Renew subscription

Hi there,

I wanted to renew my subscription to hotspots. I read on the page: compojoom.com/my-bonus that there will be a discount which will be added automaticly. But, if buy the new subscription I don't see the 30% or 15% discount. Am I doing something wrong or isn't the discount for Hotspots?

Hey Erwin,
you must be logged in and then the price will be automatically reduced with 30% or 15%. No need to enter a discount or so. You should see the discount if your subscription is still active.
Let me know if that is not the case for you ( cause it works for me)

I tried that this morning, my subscription was valid till 11u26, but the discount wasn't there when I went to the page to pay it.

I'm not sure what happened and why, but I guess it has something to do with timezones...
Anyway I've send you a mail with a coupon code.
