I wanted to check the patch of the avatar in com_comment and I set mouse on it and use right button open image in new window
and link to the image is

i0.wp.com/norwegia1.pl/media/com_comment/images/noavatar.png


why is i0.wp.com/ ... ?

I need custom image

You are working on localhost and using gravatar. Unfortunatly on localhost gravatar can't load your noavatar.png, because gravatar can't connect to your pc. When you move your site to a real server, then you would see the correct noavatar.
