TOPIC: default for publishing comments

I would like comments to remain unpublished until the administrator approves and publishes them. How do I arrange this?

Just look at the moderator options. There we have comment require moderation.

Thanks, but I can't find them. The screen for managing comments has no options. The Configuratioin screen has tabs for Basic, Mail Queue, Security. Update Settings, and Permissions. I don't see any place to change moderator options. Sorry about the trouble, but I've looked for it. The Dashboard didn't have anything obvious either.

The one that you describing are the global settings.
You need to look at component settings. Go to settings -> and then select the component. Like com_content.
