TOPIC: Trigger for deleting an hotspot

Hi Daniel

The trigger onMultimediaAfterUpload works fine to link a CB activity when an hotspot is created.
Could you tell me what trigger to use when an hotspot is deleted, or updated ?

Hm, well imagine that. We don't have a plugin event when you delete a Hotspot. I'll have to add one.

About updating - you should be getting the same plugin events as with save. The issue is - if you are updating a Hotspot and haven't made any image modifiycations, then the onMultimediaAfterUpload won't be triggered, you'll always get the onAfterHotspotSave event though.

The event should have a second parameter letting you know if the hotspot is new.

Thanks, let me know once you have added the event for deleting a hotspot, this is the most required trigger as people make lots of tests

For onMultimediaAfterUpload, it seems that it is triggered also if I update a Hotspot even without any image modification as a mod.
For instance I only changed the location and the onMultimediaAfterUpload was also triggered.
That's not a problem but I wanted to let you know

I'm not sure if I should be adding to this thread or not, but I was going to ask about users controlling the display of Hotspots from their profile edit in CB. Threre is a tick box which has to be enabled to publish the Hotspot, but it only works one way. There is no un-publish action linked to the plugin. Is this what you are working on here? Apologies if not, but I would really like to request this action anyway.
