How can hotspots be added from front-end? Documentation does not talk about this but it is available on the feature-list on Joomla Extensions directory.

Hey Mayank,
You are using Hotspots Core and it doesn't have the option to add hotspots from the frontend (I also don't see such option listed in the features):

Hotspots PRO has this option and much more. You can check the differences between the two here:
