Hi, I tested the free version CComments on the dev site, working fine. Moved site to root today, then upgarded to PRO version. Also added Admin Tools and JSitemap PRO. Had/Have CComments config to apply/appear in only two content categories. Both were displaying fine before moving dev site to root and before upgrading to PRO. Now, comments show fine on category = blog intro text page, but not for full article and not for category = essays, but for both I see the ccomments code in source code. Since I see in one place but not the others, am not sure what might be causing this problem.

Examples
One Blog Page w comments button is here dressagenaturally.net/reading-room/blog --> but then ccomments disappears when you click to read the entire article.
One Category List "Essays" Page that does not display comments here dressagenaturally.net/reading-room/essay...t-makes-a-good-rider

Please assist. I suspect I need to exclude something in admin tools? Sincerely, Vicky

Hi, I figured it out ... added this to admin tools exception list:
Allow direct access, except .php files, to these directories "cache/com_comment"

Can you confirm if I may need to make other exceptions for all of ccomments to work OK w admin tools?
Sincerely, Vicky

We merge and minify our js files on the fly. They are saved in the cache/com_comment folder, so that we won't have to regenerate them all the time. You would need to allow cache/com_comment in admintools. However - what I don't understand is - we are generating a normal .js file, not a php one. Is admintools blocking those as well?

Regards,
Daniel

If only js files are placed in the cache/com_comment folder, then all is good. I allowed ALL file types except php in that folder.
All seems to be working OK. Am I correct that cache/com_comment folder will not contain php files from ccomment?

Sincerely, Vicky
