2.install mod_commens alpha - PROBLEM! view info:

I uninstall 3x all components 3x all intall - the same problem! HELP PLEASE:

well, uninstall the module in modules/mod_comments and then install the module.

I uninstall:
component:
comment - 4.0RC1 - compojoom.com
and
JoomlaComment CleanCache
and
!JoomlaComment 4.0.0

and
down joomla - open joomla - and install:
joomlacomment4.0.0RC1 - OK!
and install:
mod_comments4.0.0alpha3 PROBLEM

What is the point of uninstalling the component when you want to install a module???

Uninstall the module and then install the module again.
