TOPIC: It can't be installed at all, conflict with my server?

Just found this add comment extension, it looks great but somehow it can't be installed to my joomla 1.5.6 website.

This is the error message I got when I tried to install this extension:

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.

I don't understand this error. Does it mean Jcomment has a conflict wit my server? and how can I solve this problem?

First look at the error log and tell us what you find there.

Do you have sh404SEF installed? Or any security related extensions/server-side addons? It may be a result of flood-prevention being triggered.

Also make sure you have the FTP layer for Joomla enabled if you are uploading via ZIP. Alternatively, try the manual install method - (1) Unzip JoomlaComment to a new folder on your PC; (2) Upload this new folder to your host via FTP or cPanel; (3) Install the new extension in Joomla but specify the folder path (second option) of where you uploaded it instead of browsing for a ZIP.
