TOPIC: Comments not posting

Hi there,

This is my first attempt to install the product and all seemed to go well. The component is installed and appears to be working. However when posting a comment you hit the send button and get the spinning arrows...but nothign happens. The arrows spin for minutes at a time and I have to back out of the page eventually to continue on with anything else.

Any suggestions?

I have the feeling that you use version 3.26 . Please upgrade to 4.0 beta2 if possible. Also try it with a standard joomla template - perhaps something happens with all the jquery stuff you have in the template. What I see is that no request is send to the server, but at the moment I can not say why.

I cannot test anything as it appears you removed JoomlaComment and are now using Disqus
