TOPIC: Error moving / ftp ?

I got the following message after installing (3.26) on J1.5.4:

error when moving /hosting/sites/ww2.vegetarisme.be/htdocs/administrator/components/com_comment/plugin/joscomment.php
TO /hosting/sites/ww2.vegetarisme.be/htdocs/plugins/content/joscomment.php

I even chmod'd the folder content on 777!
So, I moved the files via FTP. But are these 4 files then the only ones needed to be transferred?
There are so many files in the zip file. Isn't there also a component or other stuff that I should see in the admin panel. That's why I wonder.

Well, if jc is complaining about this files then they should be the only one.
Don't you see a new button under components in backend?

OK, that's all I need to know.
And yes, now I see the component. I really missed it before (I waqs probably looking alphabetically or so..).
