TOPIC: "manage comments" impossible to open

I am new here and I need help. I run joomla 1.0.15 and I installed jcomment(version 3.26)and everything was allright. But since yesterday, after 45 comments done I was no longer able to open "manage comments" in the backend. I only see a white site without any error message. All other functions run.
Can somebody help ?

Look at the server error log. Blank page shows only that your error are turned off(but they are written to the error log).

if I try to open "manage comments" and the blank page apeares, there is nothing written in the error.log.
This mistake is only since yesterday. What could have happend ? What can I do to repair ? At the moment I am unable to publish the comments of the readers.

hm, I have an idea. Please make a dump of joomalcomment database table. Then delete all comments. Is it working then?

After having made the dump it worked. Before I copied the table, reimported it and again it does not work. Then I deleted one after another the last comments and at the end I found that one, which caused the error.
I don´t know, what was the reason, but after deleting the specific comment everything is alright now.

would you send me the dump and tell me the id of the comment, so that I could test it locally.

When you get an error in the backend, the error_log will be in the administrator/ directory usually - instead of the root folder. Just a heads up for future incase you didn't check there

Hi- did you guys have any luck finding out what caused this problem? I have the same thing happening and have located the offending comment but am struggling to identify the exact cod e that is causing the 'manage comments' page to white-out.

I have the database dump, but I didn't look at it yet. I will let you know when I find the exact problem.

OK, finally I found time to examine the dump I received from a user.

And believe it or not the backend works for me. The message also looks fine. Only some bad opened bbcode, but it should not cause this.

However, what I find strange is the biggining of the message:
As I said this comment, that is supposed to break the backend, doesn't brake it for me, so I suppose it is some kind of server problem.
