I just integrated CComments in Hotspots.

Is it possible to send CComments notification to Hotspot owner?

what do you mean with notifications? Do you want to make the author of a Hotspot the moderator for the comments of this Hotspot or what?

I want author of a Hotspot to be informed about new comments on his page.

There is a difference between just receiving new comments and being a moderator.
If they are moderators they can edit/delete comments that are made in the hotspot.

Anyway - there is only an option to be moderator. If they are moderators, they can be notified of new comments. If they aren't moderators, then they can't receive notifications.
