TOPIC: 500 Internal Server Error with Dashboard

Hello,

After installing the newest Hotspots Pro Version I got an 500 Internal Server Error if I click on the Hotspot Dashboard.
All other menu points from Hotspots are available (Location, KML usw.). This is a little bit strage it looks like that hotspot try to load a lot of data.
I have no possibility to read the server log because it is not possible with my hosting package.

What can I do? I mean have a lot of locations in Hotspot (nearly 400) but I hope this is not the problem.

Joomla 2.5? ARe you sure that you are running the latest version 4.2.4?

Don't worry - 400 hotspots is nothing. Most probably the issue is the rss, but it must have been fixed in 4.2.4.
If you've installed version 4.2.4 can you please submit a private ticket and give me access to the backend of your site?
