TOPIC: Endless data loding after update. No hotspots

Hello Daniel,

i have updated hotspots to the newest version.

Installation says that all update was fine but now I have a big problem.

All sites with the hotspots maps load no data. I always see "Lade Daten...". But no hotspots will show.
I have no idea why. Could you please take a look at:

Its a running live site so a solution for this problem is very urgent.

Hey Holger,
Why do problems have to always occur on holidays

So, here is a list with things I want you to check:
1. The menu item -> go ahead and open and save it again.
2. Log into the database, navigate to the #__hotspots_marker table and have a look at the access column, does your hotspots have the value 1 or 0 there? If you have 0 there execute the following query:
#__ should be replaced with your table prefix.

I think the problem is that I make updates during my holidays... so they occur during the holidays

- I have open all items from one category and save it again.
- All rows in the #_hotspots_marker table have 1 in the access column

So this was not the problem. The map is still showing "Lade Daten..."

Do you have more ideas? Things I can check?

Hello Hotspots Community,

I just want to give feedback of this error.

Daniel was able to give me a push in the right direction. I had activated the "show error" settings on the server. After I disable this, hotspots working perfect like I expected.

There is still a problem with the configuration on the website. Maybe something with a not perfect configured joomla installation. If I can grab and kill this error I will come back and describe it.
