Why do problems have to always occur on holidays
So, here is a list with things I want you to check:
1. The menu item -> go ahead and open and save it again.
2. Log into the database, navigate to the #__hotspots_marker table and have a look at the access column, does your hotspots have the value 1 or 0 there? If you have 0 there execute the following query:
UPDATE #__hotspots_marker SET access = 1;
#__ should be replaced with your table prefix.
