It should be in the menu item settings.

Hi, for the life of me, I can't find where this option is within the Menu Options. Can you provide more direction? I want to change the word "Hotspots" to something like, "Map of locations for..."

Go to the menu item you made that points to your map. In the options for the menu item, go to the "Page Display" tab, and set the title you want in the "Page Heading" field.

Took me a while to find it as well :P
