TOPIC: Fatal error after updating joomla to 3.1.5

Hi i've got a fatal error since this morning.
I've updated joomla to the latest version, i mean 3.1.5.

Here is the message i've got:

Fatal error: Class 'Jhtml' not found in /components/com_comment/templates/default/default.php on line 56

Are you using RC3? You should not experience that problem with RC3.

I've got the paid version, and it's seems in the backend that the latest version is 5.0rc2
What can I do? Can I install the free version although i've paid for the business version?

For the moment i've commented this line and it works... I hope everything will still be ok until the next release come

Right now RC3 doesn't pop into live update in the backend, because I don't want people running version 4 upgrading to it. When it is stable, then It will pop up into live update.
