TOPIC: Where is the module??

Hello,

i got the pro subscription of your component, cause i need the latest comments module. But now i installed the pro version but can't find the module in my installation?! What's wrong??

What do i have to do now??

What about the support???

As I told you in the mail -> the module is part of the installation. Just go to modules -> new and select the "latest comment module" there.

Sorry myself don't want to be impatient, but my customer is...

I know how to use Joomla and comps and modules...
I deinstalled the free version, installed the pro version, but in the modules section is no comment module appearing.
I actually use Joomla 3.1.5, maybe thats the issue???

I can't find your module to activate or place it in a module pos.

If you are running CComment Pro version 5.0 rc3 the module should be installed. If you still can't find the module provide me with admin access and I'll have a look.

I'm sorry about that! It turned out that there is a bug in our build script and the module was not added to the package. I've fixed that and installed a version on your site that has the module.
