TOPIC: Add title above comment area

I need to put some text/img title above the comment area, but didn't find the .php involved.

In the title of the question you say "add title above comment ares"? What do you mean with title? You want to add something above the title field in the add form or you just need to enter text above the comments? And do you want to add this text above the comments or above the menu line (the one with comments (number of comments) - add new comment, etc?
