Is there anyway the users can unsubscribe to the comments by just clicking on a link rather than coming back to the site and post a comment with "Unsubscribe" option?

Yep, I also don't like this and we are going to change it in the near future.

It will be just a field, where you would have to enter your email and you'll be unsubscripted.
