TOPIC: Unwanted Text above sign up box - help please

I have integrated the module and the boxes show fine except there is the following text above the sign up information .

Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/sites/alkimie.co.uk/public_html/modules/mod_cmc/helper.php on line 89 Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /home/sites/alkimie.co.uk/public_html/modules/mod_cmc/helper.php on line 98

I have attached a screenshot of the problem on the frontend and also a shot of the the completed module page where I can't see what I am doing wrong!

Can anyone help please?

Line 89 is trying to parse your mapping configuration. Can you look in the module, what do you have under mappign? It seems that you have a line that has the equal sign = but doesn't have anything on the right???

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply to my query. I'm not very experienced at this unfortunately and am not sure what you mean by 'look in the module'. I'm not sure if I'm getting such a good result but I have now set up a new module and copied the html code given and it is showing me a sign up box so maybe I should stick to that.

"Look in the module" means - look in the module settings in the backend of Joomla. It sems that you've modified the mapping configuration with something.
