TOPIC: CMandrill with newsletter component

Hello and thank you for this awesome component.
I actually want to use the Mandrill service for newsletters. Is this possible?
I have read that it cannot work with Acymailing because it uses its own mailer implementation.
Do you know of any compatible newsletter component that CMandrill works with?

Well, in those components can't you provide the smtp servers? If you can, then you can use mandrill with those components. You won't be able to use the API - which is faster, but...
