TOPIC: Change USERNAME to FULL NAME in Contact Details Section?

In the WRITE COMMENT section...
Under Your Contact Details...

The default "NAME:" is your USERNAME associated to Jommla.

Is it possible to change NAME: to your "FULL NAME" instead of your "username"?
