Why is beta1 not working for you? What are the problems?

Alpha3 and previous versions have numerous bugs that are fixed in beta1. If you tell us what your problem is, then we can help :)

This is still related to the time zone bug. When you edit a comment the time on this edited comment goes ahead by 2hrs :( And it was not like that with Alpha3.

I already install joomla comment 4.0 for my site (using joomla 1.5.11) but i've got an error when i click "Send" , mmm... error message like a coding list and only had one button (Ok Button) if i click that button, n refresh the page, the comment just appear. please help me with this error, thanx

I Already know what the problem is, but i don't know how to fix it... :lol:
it think the problem is the akismet.. look at this message error...

i just disable my akismet, n the comment is worked, please help me how to make the comment work while the akismet is enabled... (i need the akismet enabled) thanx

As JonusC mentioned - it is not nice to hijack people's threads :) (I didn't see this).

I've just added the akismet support - I have no idea how the akismet class is working:
 * Please be aware that this class is PHP5 only.  Attempts to run it under PHP4 will most likely fail.
 *
 * See the Akismet class documentation page linked to below for usage information.
 *
 * @package		akismet
 * @author		Alex Potsides, {@link http://www.achingbrain.net http://www.achingbrain.net}
 

The best thing to do is to make sure that you have php5 and if it that is the case, perhaps contact the author of the class.
