Не знам какво бъркам, но когато някой напише коментар на кирилица, той излиза с въпросителни знаци. Някакви идеи?

Отвори базата данни през phpmyadmin и виж колацията на таблицата и полетата в нея. Ако не е utf8_general_ci нормално че виждаш въпросителни.
