I have always seen this with webinars / teleseminars that the timings clash and people are not able to make it..did you get a chance to record the last webinar? If yes, then it'll be great if you could email the members who got BiS the download link
or we can arrange another one as you suggested but with how many ever show up and just have a download of that placed along; if this makes sense i.e
